Not a great deal to report lately, we’ve just been hanging round London catching up on movies, eating out and seeing a few miscellaneous attractions. We had a nice Chinese dinner on Saturday night with ten aussies in Soho/Chinatown. Also watched Lord of the Rings and Lost in Translation at the movies, and The Lion King at the Lyceum Theatre. We plan to drive up to Cambridge next weekend depending on the weather for a bit of poke around up there. The cold is definitely starting to set in though, with snow and freezing temperatures in Scotland and the north gradually working their way south. They’ve got “grit” trucks driving all over the place in London dropping sand/dirt on the roads to reduce slippery conditions. Fingers crossed for some snow in London in the next few weeks!
The travel itinerary is looking pretty empty at present, short of a trip to Prague in July for a wedding which should be fun, but means I’ll miss RIAT 2004 (damn damn damn!). Work wise I’m still plugging away on Java and Domino apps for BlackBerry’s and will be for the next few months at least.
