These are the pics from the private garden at Cleveland Square (MvK's building) which was opened to the public for a fairly spectacular bonfire and fireworks display tonight. There were around 2000 people there with many more turned away at the gate. Impressive, and only one minute walk from our flat. Nice lighting effect on Mark's building too. The event was organised by the residents association and promoted around the local area and pubs. Despite being privately organised and funded by a modest 6 quid entry fee, it's aparently one of the biggest bonfire and fireworks nights in West London. Glad I went despite the massive pile of law study I have to finish before Friday's exam. There's also some pics up from our little trip to Richmond the other weekend.
